With over 30 years' experience at the intersection of health promotion, workplace wellbeing, and leadership development, Elaine has helped organisations build cultures where people — and performance — thrive.
She has led national health initiatives, advised EU-level policy groups, created award-winning DEI programmes and steered organisations through accredited wellbeing frameworks. Elaine brings together strategic insight with deep sector knowledge, shaped by a Master’s in Health Promotion and postgraduate qualifications in Workplace Wellness from Trinity College Dublin.
Sarah is an experienced leader with a deep belief in the power of culture to shape organizations perform. Before co-founding Cultura, she spent over 30 years building brands through team leadership across strategy, marketing, and commercial operations.
Her Postgraduate Diploma in Workplace Wellbeing (Trinity College Dublin) provides the research-led tools used to address engagement and psychological safety. Sarah also serves as a Director of Common Purpose Ireland and Chair of the EDI Committee at Leinster Rugby.
